He is survived by: his wife Donna Blair; his mother Alice O'Bleness of Overland Park, KS; his brothers, Gregory O'Bleness of Lenexa, KS and Brian O'Bleness of Kansas City, MO; his daughters, Ashley Blair of Raytown, MO and Veronica Fawcett of Grain Valley, MO; and his stepchildren, Thomas Cooper of San Diego, CA and Joanna Munson of Independence, MO. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
