He was predeceased by: his son Jeramy Chain. He is survived by: his wife Maryl Chain; his sister Patricia El-Hinnawy; his grandchildren, Ethan Chain and Kira Parrett (ZacK); and his daughter-in-law Melissa Reno Parkison (Terry). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
