He is survived by: his brother Richard; his wife Gracie Cook; his son Alan Cook (Deborah Cook) of Pleasant Hill, MO; his grandchildren, Alexandra Cook and William Cook; his sister Betty Wade (Dale) of Kansas City, MO; and his mother-in-law Geneva McClaskey of Pleasant Hill. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family & friends.
