We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2025, Melody Marie Cook of Independence, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Vroman and Pearl Vroman; and her husband Rick Cook. She is survived by: her brother William "Bill" Vroman; her children, Rick "Neil" Cook (Amber) and Kerri Mapes (Scott); and her grandchildren, Timothy Cook (Jamie), Taylor Cook, Kristina "Tyler" Cook, Silas Cook, Zachary Mapes (Kyra), Megan Mapes, Lydia Mapes and Hannah Mapes.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Iantha Baptist Church.
