She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Shockey and Betty J. Shockey (Casey). She is survived by: her daughter Heather Gregor (Eric Rick); her grandchildren, Ava and Mark Rick; and her brothers, Steve Shockey (Denise) and Doug Shockey (Karen).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Mendy.
