She was predeceased by: her parent Dan Boxx. She is survived by: her parent Edna Boxx; her husbands, Revival Temple and Reverend Charles Lee Casteel; her children, June Duncan (Wesley) of La Center, Joni Cosgrove (Edward) of Kansas City, Reverend Timothy Casteel (Robin) of Pleasant Hill and Delinda Smith (Timothy) of Independence; her sister Bobbie Boxx; and her grandson Braxton Smith. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
