She was predeceased by: her former husband Veryl; her siblings, Charles, Don, Clyde, Jim Swick and Jo McArther; her stepdaughter Teresa Durant; and her great grandchild Kaelynn Van Brocklin.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Lade; her children, Jon Mark, Tim, Sherri Jo and Mary Alice; and her stepchildren, Rick Lade and Patricia Koonce. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
