With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Jean Watts Jowett (Independence, Missouri), who passed away on January 17, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Columbus and Cleora Lucille Pitkin Watts; and her siblings, Elizabeth Ann Watts, John Pitkin Watts (Jack) and Robert Loren Watts (Bob).
She is survived by: her children, Tom (Judy), Ted (Terri) and Pegi (Danny); her grandchildren, Brian Jowett (Carissa), Erin Newcomb (Brent), Shannon Jowett (Tom), Travis Jowett, Chad Jowett (Chloe) and Nathan Stamps (Mandi); and her great grandchildren, Decker, Avalon, Beckman, Bowen and Asher. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
