She is survived by: her father Philip Davis; her former husband Joe Nastasi (Angie); her spouse Anissa Nelson (Rodney); her caregivers, Elizabeth Nelson, Emily Nelson, Joshua Nastasi, Ethan Nelson (Payton Kinnison), Larry Burroughs, Corey Burroughs, Jesse Nastasi, Elsie Kate Nelson, Jonathan Waite, Abbie Nastasi, Justin Waite, Madison Waite and Jared Waite; her brother Philip E. Davis, Jr. (Butch); her nieces, Renee Allen (Scott) and Melinda McIntyre (William); her nephew Philip E. Davis, III; and also Sherry Lomax. She is also survived by several cousins and other family members.
