Mary C. Havener Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary C. Havener of Independence, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 29, 2025 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary C. Havener to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Irvin Sanders and Vertie Mae Sanders (Vollintine); her husband Harrison Havener; her brother-in-law Bennie Holder; and her nieces, Shelly Gross and Catherine Payne.
She is survived by: her daughter Michele Parsons (Raymond); her grandchildren, Chance Parsons (Halley), Allicia Ventresca (Jesse McBee) and Brady Parsons; her great grandchildren, Gavin Parsons and Summer; and her siblings, Wanda Sanders, Alvin Sanders (Ethel) and Virgina Holder.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Royer Funeral Home (100 Royer Ln, Grain Valley, MO 64029). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Camp Butler National Cemetery (5063 Camp Butler Rd, Springfield, IL 62707).
