He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cecil Talcott and Bernice Leone Jackson Talcott; and his brother Carlin Lon Talcott. He is survived by: his wife Arloe Talcott (Baughman); and his children, Tamara Ann Sutherland (Marcus) and Todd Andrew Talcott (Carla). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
