He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McWilliams and Mildred McWilliams; his wife Lela McWilliams; his daughter Janet Buus; and his brother Milton Dale McWilliams.
He is survived by: his children, Karrie Kay Hernschel and James Miller; his close friend Virginia Ferguson; and his brothers, Roger McWilliams and Glenn McWilliams. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
