She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Heiple and Berthat Pitzer Heiple; and her husband Olen William Karl. She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Hughes (Lee) and Wanda McGonigle (Jeff); her grandchildren, Richard Hughes, Brian Hughes, Chris Arnone (Christy) and Paul Arnone; and her great grandchildren, Julie Hughes, Amelia O'Banion and Brooklyn Hughes. She is also survived by 11 siblings, she is survived by 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
