She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruthelma Granberry and Paul Clum; her husband Steven Thomas; her children, Aaron Thomas (Bobbi) of Independence, MO, Stacy Mercier (Jacob) of Angier, NC and Shannon Hogue (Eric) of Lee's Summit, MO; her granddaughter Mother Ruthelma Rummel; her siblings, Diane Maupin, Paula Rummel, Linda Gerteisen and James Clum; and her daughter Liana Nicole.

Her family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Peace Pavilion, Independence Mo.
