He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Joseph and Mary Leona Sack; his son Edward L. Sack; and his siblings, Fred Sack, Henry Sack, Norbert Sack, Mildred Barnett and Dorothy Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Sack (Briner); his children, Alan R. Sack (Paige), Ricky J. Sack (Kelly) of Grain Valley, MO., Jeffrey S. Ellis (Marina) of Kingsville, MO, Debbie A. Milburn (Regie) of Independence, MO., Cheryl L. Allen (Ben) of Lee and Cathy J. Brose (Eric) of Maui; and his brother Leo G. Sack (Patricia) of Hampton. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
