She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Alford and Alice Alford; her brothers, Harold Alford and Wilbur Alford; and her son Mike Hicks.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Hicks; her daughter Darline Keck (Tom); her daughter-in-law Vicki Hicks; her sister-in-law Michelle Alford; her grandchildren, Pam Evans (Greg), Jeff Canterbury (Vicki), Beth Tinsley, Ben Hicks (Heidi) and Katie Gross (Dan); and her great great grandchild Kyzir. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, 7 great, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to be made to City Union Mission, 1100 East 11th Street, Kansas City, MO 64106.
