He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Boyer; and his brother David Boyer. He is survived by: his children, Regina Lindsey Uptegrove of Blue Springs, MO, Sheila G. Graham of Independence, MO and Kevin Boyer of Independence; and his sister Shirley Kern (Boyer) of Liberty, MO. He is also survived by three granddaughters; one grandson; four great granddaughters; and three great grandsons.
