She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Louis Welch; her parents, John and Caroline; and her siblings, ElFrieda, Martha, Selma, Helmut, Fritz, Dorothea, Ruth and Loni.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Mitchener (Steve), Spencer Welch, Oma, Rusty Mitchener (Claire), Stephanie Stoffel (Ryan), Natalie Westerholt (Andy), Galin Mitchener (Carrie), Brandon Mitchener (Erin), Lydia Mitchener, Omi, Dresden, Ellington, Louis, Raymond, Mary, Katherine and Benjamin; and also Steve.
