He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil R. Clark and Beatrice I. Clark (Odorizzi); his wife Jody; his son John "Jack" Clark; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Lewis, Jason and Jody.

He is survived by: his children, Dave Clark, Peggy Cox, Clifford Clark and Ida Worley. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest that memorial contributions be made to the Sugar Creek United Methodist Church in Sugar Creek, Missouri.
