She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Payne and Iona Payne (Marrs); and her brothers, Carl Payne and Kenneth Payne. She is survived by: her husband Jack; her sister-in-law Loydine Hulsey of Neosho; and her close friends, Vickie Scroggins of Neosho and Ron Reynolds of Washington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
