He is survived by: his wife Gail Mullikin of Independence, MO; his children, Sarah Mullikin of Independence, MO and Devin Mullikin of Kansas City, MO; his stepchildren, Joey Doering (Nathan) of Blue Springs, MO, Rebecca Ball (James) of Springfield, MO and Todd Dannaldson (Jill) of Navarre, FL; his grandchildren, Ayden, Jacob, Elijah, Aaron, Marcus, Derek, Zach, Alex and Lilya; and his siblings, Penny Mullikin, Kathy Popwell, Patrick Mullikin, Chris Mullikin, Mike Mullikin and Margo Mullikin.
