It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Hu Durrell (Independence, Missouri), born in Vincennes, Indiana, who passed away on August 8, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Harbaugh and Ruth Harbaugh; her sibling Lynden Kirk (Ken); her husband Jerry Durrell; her son Andrew Carlson (Lauren); and her nephew Lynden.
She is survived by: her brother David Harbaugh (Beth); her former husband Earl A Carlson; her sons, Brian, Eric (Nita) and Matthew (Alane); her grandchildren, Karina, Noelle and Declan Carlson; her stepchildren, Cindy Choplin (John), Lesly Cook (Keith), Lorena Hadsall (Jimmie), Jason (Joy) and Jim Durrell (LueAnne); and also, Michelle, Jeremy, Joe, Justin, Jennifer, Sarah, Andy, Amanda, Jessica, Jordan, Torrie and Brandon.
