She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sanchez and Julia Hernandez; and her grandson Josh Turner Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Rhodus; her children, Sabrina Miller, Gary Miller Jr. (Chariti) and Dawn Turner (Josh); her grandchildren, Britney McCool, Jessika Hammer, Julian Miller, Carson Miller, Shawn Turner and Ariana Turner; and her great grandchildren, Maxwell, Myia and Dyna. She is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, and many extended family.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Speaks Suburban Chapel (18020 East 39th St S, Independence, MO 64055). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (701 S Noland Rd, Independence, MO 64050).
