He is survived by: his parents, Linda Griffin Palmer and Joseph Palmer, Sr.; his siblings, Benjamin Palmer, Daniel Palmer and Elizabeth Kalash; and his nieces and nephews, James Palmer, Isaiah Palmer, Lucas Kalash, Jonathan Kalash, Amelia Palmer and Anna Kalash.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Altona Baptist Church (12494 NE State Rte Z, Adrian, MO 64720).
In Lieu of flowers, contributions in Joe's name are suggested to Disabled American Veterans or The Wounded Warrior Project.
