He was predeceased by: his mother Diana Sloderbeck. He is survived by: his father Michael Sloderbeck (Melody); and his siblings, Jason Sloderbeck (Bethany), Michael Hjermstad (Angila), Lindsay Stafford (Jonathan), Tyler Porter and Abbey Schafer (Bryce). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Jon to The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art or KC Pet Project.
