It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon Christopher Shawver (Independence, Missouri), who passed away on October 29, 2024, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Speaks Suburban Chapel (18020 East 39th St S, Independence, MO 64055). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jon's honor to the Ray Pec Foundation; Select "General Giving" and add a note " In honor of Coach Shawver for the soccer program".
