He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Boutross (Johnson); his children, Mary Norman (James) of Independence, Veronica Butts (Raymond) of Independence, Janine Buford (late Bill) of Independence, Thomas Boutross (Tamara) of Independence and David Boutross of Independence; and his brother Peter Boutross. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
