He is survived by: his wife Pam Frazier; his sons, John Robert Frazier (Amanda) of Lebanon, MO and Gregory David Frazier (Ana) of Independence, MO; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Ann Zlitni; his grandsons, John Clayton Frazier, Curtis Robert Frazier, Robert Michael Frazier and David Ryan Frazier; and his nieces and nephews, Sabria, Maryam, Bertie, Bayr Zlitni of Bonner Springs, KS, Sarah Lisenbee, Suzanne Bolin and Mary Shannon Burleson.
