He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Luppens and Lois Luppens (Edwards); his grandson Ryan Smith; and his siblings, Danny Lynton, Billie Jo Brewer and Francis Lynton.
He is survived by: his son Darren Luppens (Diana); his granddaughters, Lindsay Merlo (EJ) and Alyssa Luppens; his great grandchildren, Easton, Maclin Merlo, Tatum Merlo and Annabell Jackson-Smith; his sisters, Roberta Luppens and Lavina Johnson; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Lynton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Patriot Guard Riders in Joe's name.
