He was predeceased by: his parents, John Barnett and Nancy Barnett (Albert); his brother Johnny Barnett; his nephew Justin Barnett; and his sister-in-law Michelle Douthat.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Barnett of Independence, MO; his children, Clinton Barnett (Jet) of Kansas City, MO, Brandon Barnett of Independence, MO, Scott Barnett (Samantha) of Independence, MO and Katie Barnett (Branden) of Independence, MO; and his grandchildren, Julius, Lola, Adam, Tyeton, Madeline, Camden, Avery and Vivien.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Baptist Church (2406 Rte 291, Independence, MO 64057).
