She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Johnston and Mary Johnston (Ferris); her former husband Greg; her son Terence; and her daughter-in-law Elisabeth Mulkern.
She is survived by: her husband Gregory Mulkern; her children, Kathleen, Joseph, Rita, Ann and Paul; her daughter-in-law Wendy Ljungren; her grandchildren, Benedict, Irene, Gregory Smail, Maggie Mulkern Mahony, Brendan, Colman, Marissa, Ciaran and James Mulkern; her great grandchild Julian Mahony; her brothers, Michael and James Johnston; and her brother-in-law John Terry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
