She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Herbert and Alice Ruth Walker; her husband Jerry Perry; her siblings, Howard Herbert Jr., Mary Casey and Linda Jennings; her granddaughter Jessica Gentry; and her great grandchild Max.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bill Walker and Jennie Wheeling; and her children, Vince Perry (Angel), Ruthann Gentry (Bruce) and Sara Perry (John). She is also survived by five granddaughters; and one great granddaughter; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, or you can make a donation to your favorite charity in her memory.
