He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Frederick Harvey and Loretta Harvey Stewart; and his sisters, Cynthia Harvey and Teresa Harvey. He is survived by: his siblings, Steven Harvey (Marilyn) of Independence, MO, Greg Harvey (Kim) of Oak Grove, MO, Glenn Stewart of Independence, MO and Loretta Leigh (Michael) of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by 6 nephews and 1 niece.
