She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Earl Harper and Selma Viola Harper. She is survived by: her husband Robert Rowe; her sons, Brian and Curtis; her grandchildren, Cory, Stephanie and Dylan; her great grandchildren, Angel, Madison, Bentley, Carter, Dakota and Felix; and her siblings, Mervin, David, Linda and Alice. She is also survived by two sons, three incredible grandchildren and six beautiful great grandchildren.
