With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Ann Ebert of Independence, Missouri, who passed away on October 2, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard R. Novotny and Margaret J. Cook; her husband Jerry J Ebert; and her brothers, James Novotny and John Novotny.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lindsey Schreimann (Ebert), Angus Ebert and Joshua Ebert; her son John Ebert; and her daughter-in-law Christina.

Donations in Jean's memory can be made to Eastgate Christian Church at 4010 S. River Blvd. Independence, MO 64055.
