She is survived by: her parents, Ricky Hicks of Marionville, MO and Janelle Witt (Curbow) of Pierce City, MO; her children, Draven Wallace, Dagon Wallace, Phoenix Wright, Janet Hays, Serena Hays and Willow Hays; her sister Kristen Cates (Chris) of Crane, MO; her nieces and nephews, August and Averill Cates; and her grandmother Jo Hicks of Marionville, MO..
