He is survived by: his sons, James Michael Collins, Jr. and Samuel Cody Collins; his stepdaughter Randi Marie Becker; his grandchildren, Levi Collins, Carter Collins and Liam Collins; his niece Tonya Hunsucker; his great-niece Heather Hunsucker; and also Skylar Ward.
