He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leonard and Erma Lee Green (Moon); and his brothers, Larry Louthain and Joseph Lee Green. He is survived by: his spouse Leolive Wood; his children, Lisa Clark (Gary) of Independence, MO and James Green (Lori) of Lee's Summit, MO; his grandchildren, Kellee Clark, Nathan Clark (Ashley), Brandon Green Brooke (Brittany) and Brody Green (Grace); and his great grandchildren, Emmett Clark, Nora Clark, Alan James Green and Leolive Rose Johnson.
