He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Lewis; his daughter Karen Swearingin of Warrensburg, Missouri; his grandchildren, Tiffany and Sean; and his siblings, Larry Lewis of Portland, Oregon and Kathy Burt of Great Bend. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
