He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dugan; his stepson Jason Spurgin of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Jose Quinonez, Aurora Dugan of Oklahoma City, OK and Carlos Quinonez-Dugan; his father Howard Samuel Kuntz, Sr.; his sisters, Teri Strickland of Kansas City, MO and Jennifer Pulliam of Bates City, MO; his brothers-in-law, Clayton Strickland and Scott Pulliam; and his nieces and nephews, Aaron Pulliam, Michael Jones, Zachery Pulliam, Nicole Strickland, Kyle Jones of Noah Pulliam, Matthew Strickland and Christopher Strickland.
