He was predeceased by: his sisters, Gloria Loper (John Roper) and Patsy Downer (Max Downer); his parents, Paul Savage and Virgie Savage (Duke); and his brother-in-law Rod Rieke.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Aukerman, Paula Rieke, Chuck Savage, Dan Savage and Rick Savage; his wife Cyndy; and his children, Tonya, Jeff and Derek. He is also survived by spouses, and 9 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers family is requesting donations be made in Jack's name to KC Hospice House (http://www.kchospice.org).
