He was predeceased by: his parents, Daina Austin Cook and Helen Holt (Cook); his brother Robert Cook; and his nephew Daniel Cook. He is survived by: his wife Edith; his daughters, Linda Cook and Karen Thomas; his grandchildren, Alex Thomas and Kelsey Thomas; and his sister Sarah McNardy. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
