He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Fincher; his siblings, Joe Fincher, Bill Fincher, Woodrow Fincher, James Stacy and Doris Crawford; his granddaughter Alma Smith; his children, Howard Fincher Jr. and Sherry Smith (Jarrid); his grandchildren, Melissa Clements, Melanie Miller (James), Chris Fincher, Elvin Boone, Tori Smith, Jarrid Smith II, Katie Smith and Stephen Smith; his great grandchildren, Kevin Fincher, Kayelee Clements, Clayton Clements, Bree Miller, Max Miller, Luke Fincher and Ava Fincher; and his child Wayside Waifs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
