He is survived by: his son Norway Knudsen; his friend Howard; his wife Rogene; his sons, Henrik Jr. and Erik; his daughters-in-law, Debbie and Heather; his granddaughters, Katy, Fae and Fred; his cousin Lise (Phil Sandage) of Blue Springs; and also, Ingrid Knudsen, Bjarne Knudsen and Kurt.
