She was predeceased by: her siblings, Waltraud and Ulli; and her granddaughter Nicole. She is survived by: her husband Helmut; her daughters, Yvonne and Susanne; her son-in-law Bill Newsome; her son Manuel; her daughter-in-law Eileen Mueller; and her granddaughters, Kayla Mueller and Sierra Mueller.
Donations can be made in her name to the Sarah Cannon Cancer Center or Crossroads Hospice in Independence, Missouri.
