She is survived by: her husband Moras Soetaert Sr.; and her children, Linda Burton of Colonial Hieghts, Virginia, Bill Soetaert of Independence and Michael Soetaert of Portland, Oregon. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
