He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Donna (Steve Adcock) and Rechelle (John Monteil); his grandchildren, Tyler (Rachael Adcock), Shane and Brianna Montiel; his great grandchildren, Wesley and Arthur Adcock; his siblings, Glen (Ruth Booker) of Alton, Lonnie (Margaret Booker) of Arizona, Leona Booker of Alton and Marilyn Booker of Springfield, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Harlin (Wanda Johnson), Garlin (Mary Lou Johnson), James (Ruth Johnson), Phillip (Ruby Johnson) and Alice Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
