He is survived by: his wife Paula Eickhoff; his children, Kyle Eickhoff of Destin, FL, Alyssa Eickhoff of Kansas City, MO, Matthew Eickhoff of Independence, MO, Nicole McBride (Ryan) of Kansas City, MO and Jessica Finkle (Jerry) of Independence, MO; his grandchildren, Isaiah Uta, Kiah Eickhoff, Kentrell Shields, Solei Shields, Logan McBride and Finn McBride; and his siblings, Marty Eickhoff, Debby Tangblade (Mark, Tonia Barnes) and Tara Metcalf. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
