He was predeceased by: his parents, George Warren Jr. and Clara Poston Stewart; and his son Rodney. He is survived by: his cousins, Lillian Anderson (Robert), Alice Jeter, Jerra Williams (Lee), Harold Clark, Sondra Dunn (Leotis), Donald Baker (Sharon), Jack Baker, Letitia Anderson, John Anderson, Cynthia Joy Jeter and Richelle Minor (Donnie); and his close friend Isabell Nash.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Historic St. Paul AME Church (200 E Lexington Ave, Independence, MO 64054). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
