He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Proctor and Betty Proctor; his wife Cathy; his children, Hugh, Martin, Stacey, Tim, Larry, Laurie, Jennifer and Renae; and his pet Lily. He was also cherished by Grandpa George will be missed by his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
